- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made towards the membership are non-refundable. This ensures that we can consistently deliver high-quality services and maintain the integrity of our treatment plans.
- 12-Month Membership Term: The membership is valid for a 12-month period from the date of purchase. This term is established to allow clients to fully benefit from our range of services over a significant period.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Members may cancel their membership at any time.
- A 200$ cancellation fee will apply.
- If you choose to cancel, the services you have already received will be recalculated at our standard, non-membership prices.
- Upon cancellation, you have two options:
- Pay the remaining balance of your membership term.
- Pay any difference due to the discount on services already rendered.
- Rejoining Membership: Members who have cancelled their membership are welcome to rejoin at any time. Please note that an administrative fee will be applied upon rejoining to cover the costs associated with re-establishing membership.
- Professional Discretion on Treatments: All aesthetic treatments are subject to the independent professional opinion of our physicians, nurses, or aestheticians. Their expertise and judgment are crucial to ensuring the safety and efficacy of treatments.
- Treatment Intervals and Contraindications: Necessary intervals between treatments and any relative contraindications will be considered. This may limit the application of certain services, as our priority is the health and safety of our clients.
- Availability of Treatments: All treatments are subject to the availability of appropriate skills, supplies, and materials. We strive to ensure that all necessary resources are available, but availability may vary.
